Regarding requests for donations and sponsorships:

Requests for donations or sponsorships will only be considered through completion of this application.
Due to the high number of requests, donations and sponsorships are only available to local schools or certified 501(c)(3) charities located in the Pataskala area.
Proof of 501(c)(3) status is required for all nonprofit requests.
A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for all requests.
We will contact you directly if we are able to assist; please do not call or visit the store regarding the status of your request.
