Job Responsibilities: All employees will learn how to: prepare and serve every item on the menu with quality, speed and consistency; stock products; operate and maintain store equipment and property.

Expectations: Whit's is hiring employees that can work with all people, have pleasant personalities, smile, have a sense of humor and are willing to complete all tasks and learn new ones.

In order to accomplish these goals, policies have been developed to ensure a high standard of performance and conduct. In addition to following all governmental, health and safety regulations, employees will be expected to maintain acceptable levels of:

  • Attitude and behavior

  • Language and lingo

  • Personal hygiene

  • Dress code and appearance

  • Attendance and punctuality

  • To name a few, etc.

Your participation in Spring, Summer or Fall extra curricular sports/activities provides a special challenge in scheduling work. It is best to apply only if you are free of sports or activities.
