At Whit’s Frozen Custard of Roswell, we believe in supporting the communities we serve. That’s why we’re excited to offer a sweet way to help your organization raise funds while bringing people together for a delicious cause. Organizations earn 20% of event pretax sales through a community-based, family-friendly evening.

  love to have your teachers hand out custard. Bring the cheerleaders for a little pep rally.

  Nobody sells custard better than the Baseball Team themselves. Your team will help spread

  the word better than anyone can.

• Generous Contributions: We’re committed to making a meaningful impact with every

  partnership.

How it Works

• Through our “Team Up Tuesdays” or “Give Back Wednesdays”, we partner with

  organizations to host 4 or 5 hour fundraising events between the hours of 3 and 9 pm.

• Requests for event dates must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance. Scheduling is

  subject to availability.

• *Whit’s Frozen Custard of Roswell donates 20% of all pretax sales for the scheduled time.

  In addition to making additional custard to serve your supporters, Whit’s will provide a strong

  crew to support your event. With that, event pretax sales must meet or exceed $500 to

  qualify for a donation. For reference, on average individuals spend between $6-$8 each.

  Grab ‘n’ Go Items (Pints, Whitties, Cakes) are included in sales totals.

• Whit’s will provide a social media flyer with event details to be used for promotion. We ask

  groups to begin promoting two weeks prior to event date. The more you promote, the better

  the turnout and more dollars back to your organization. Whit’s will also post on our social

  media pages the day of the event.

• We highly encourage a representative from your organization be on-site for the entirety of the

  fundraising event.

• Please complete the form below to request your date. Whit’s will issue a check for the

  donation within 24 hours of the completion of the event.
